This Shopping Policy (“Policy”) outlines the terms and conditions for purchasing products from SimplySHEQ (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”). By placing an order for any product through SimplySHEQ, you (“Customer”, “you”) agree to comply with this Policy.

2. Products

SimplySHEQ offers a range of products including, but not limited to:

  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)

  • Workwear

  • Promotional Items

  • Branded Displays

All products are provided as per the specifications agreed with the customer and may include customization such as company logos or specific branding.

3. Orders

  • Orders can be placed via our website, email, or directly through a SimplySHEQ representative.

  • Customers must provide accurate and complete information for product customization, shipping, and billing.

  • SimplySHEQ reserves the right to refuse orders if required information is incomplete, inaccurate, or if the order cannot be fulfilled.

4. Product Customization

  • Custom products (e.g., branded PPE, workwear, promotional items) are made according to the customer’s specifications.

  • Customers must approve designs, logos, or artwork before production begins.

  • Once production has started, cancellations or changes may not be possible.

5. Pricing and Payment

  • Prices for products are communicated separately via quotation or on the order confirmation.

  • Payment terms will be agreed upon at the time of order and must be met before dispatch of products unless otherwise agreed.

  • SimplySHEQ reserves the right to suspend delivery until full payment is received.

6. Shipping and Delivery

  • Delivery timelines vary depending on product type, customization, and stock availability.

  • SimplySHEQ will provide estimated delivery dates but cannot be held responsible for delays outside its control.

  • Products are shipped to the address provided by the customer, and it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the address is correct.

7. Returns and Exchanges

  • Custom or branded products cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective or damaged on delivery.

  • For non-custom items, returns or exchanges must be requested within a specified period (as communicated) and returned in original, unused condition.

  • SimplySHEQ will review any defective or damaged product claims and may request photographic evidence or inspection prior to replacement or refund.

8. Warranty

  • SimplySHEQ products are provided with standard manufacturer warranties where applicable.

  • Custom products carry no warranty for design specifications once production has been approved.

  • Any defects or issues arising from misuse, improper storage, or normal wear and tear are not covered.

9. Liability

  • SimplySHEQ is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the purchase, use, or inability to use any product.

  • Liability is limited to the replacement or repair of defective products.

10. Intellectual Property

  • All designs, logos, and branding remain the intellectual property of the customer or SimplySHEQ as specified in the agreement.

  • Customers must ensure that submitted logos, trademarks, or artwork do not infringe third-party rights.

11. Governing Law

  • This Policy is governed by the laws of South Africa.

  • Any disputes will be resolved through negotiation, and if necessary, submitted to the appropriate South African courts.

12. Acceptance

By placing an order with SimplySHEQ, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Shopping Policy.
